These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Apex Emulator website, products and services. By creating an account or purchasing a license you accept these terms.

1. Products & Licensing

Apex Emulator sells software licenses (server files, launcher and related tools). Every license is personal and bound to the customer account, the registered server IP and the registered hardware ID (HWID). A license may not be shared, resold, sublicensed or transferred without written permission from the Apex Emulator team.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe). Prices are shown at the time of purchase. A license is activated after the payment has been confirmed. Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without contacting support first result in immediate suspension of all licenses on the account.

3. Refunds

Digital products are delivered immediately, therefore all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the product could not be delivered or activated at all and support could not resolve the problem within a reasonable time.

4. Updates & Support

Active licenses include product updates and community support via Discord. We do our best to fix reported issues quickly, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation of the software or of this website.

5. Restrictions

You will not reverse engineer, decompile, patch or modify the protected parts of the software.
You will not remove or bypass the licensing or protection systems.
You will not distribute, leak or resell the software or any part of it.
You will not use the software or this website for any unlawful activity.
You will not attempt to access accounts, licenses or data that are not yours.
You will not disrupt the operation of this website or of the licensing services.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information or attempt to abuse the service.

7. Liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Emulator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of revenue arising from the use of the software or the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page; continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
